AKO Capital interview questions

A series of interviews is followed by a one-day, in-person assessment centre held at the London office, where candidates participate in a variety of activities including tests, debates, simulations, group discussions, and individual exercises. Overall, the recruitment process is quite extensive, typically taking around three months from the initial application to the final decision.

The interview was enjoyable and consisted of two stages: (1) A task and (2) an interview with three employees. Overall, I experienced a really open and welcoming atmosphere. There were no surprises or trick questions.
