I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2014
Interview
Showed up on time. Waited in the store for 15-20 mins. Got called inside the office. Interview lasted 30-40 mins. Easy questions. I had a very friendly district manager. At the end, got told "see you soon". Got sent for drug testing. Got asked to start a week after that.
The interview process was easy. We did a tour around the store and then we each did five minute interviews. It was very simple and quick, would highly recommend applying to aldi
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Joliet, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Placed a paper application and resume at the store with the manager. Got a call a few days later from the district manager for interview. Called in for first interview and asked normal questions. District manager gives the interview at the store.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
First interview was quick and brief, very friendly. Second interview was more of a one on one and I loved the DM. Third interview went okay but way more serious. Last interview was just signing paperwork and going to take the drug test. Have orientation tomorrow so let's see how that goes..
