You went into the store and taken to the manager of ALDI and she asked you questions about you, I think it lasted around 15 minutes, then she said that you will be emailed if you got a place and you will do an ALDI experience, like you were a employee in ALDI yourself

Online interview asking us to record our answers. Expected to prepare answers beforehand and take a video introducing ourselves and answering the questions as they appear within a time limit. Quite stressful.
