Interview
The interview process consisted of a video interview followed by an in-person interview with the store manager. Both stages were straightforward and well organized. The questions focused on customer service experience, availability, and handling workplace situations. The manager was friendly, professional, and made the process comfortable.
Was an online interview they asked why I want to work for aldi why do I think I’d be a good fit and what’s a time you delivered excellent customer service

What’s a time you delivered excellent customer service
Recorded interview, them a zoom interview and last an in-person interview. Several times it was explained how much work was involved with a such a small crew. The entire process was about 3 weeks.
