Interview
The interview was set up on Teams. It was generally laid back and not overly intrusive. They wanted to know of my experience working with older people and in I had the ability to work with a large case load without getting overwhelmed.
Online msteams. Wide variety of questions including motivations for the job. Specific question, why alone? Time at the end for questions and about 30 mins in length. Easy process and questions such as team work
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALONE

i applied for a job which i am definitely over qualified for at ALONE and never heard back from them.. no letting me know that i didnt get picked for interview etc. After reading the horrible reviews, im starting to think this is a blessing in disguise
