Interview
Short and informal phone interview with a manager at ALTEN. I was asked to describe a recent project I had done, some of the challenges involved and the languages/tools used. I was told about the manager's own team and project. Finally, I was asked about my salary expectations. Interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease.
Colloquio tranquillo, l'HR ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio chiedendoti delle domande sul tuo percorso universitario ed eventualmente lavorativo. Poi si procede al check delle skill professionali e fruibili nel mondo del lavoro

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento
Common HR filter then technical interview with engineers.
They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
