the interview had 3 steps so far first contact, interview with the manager and coding interview.
the first contact is typical and simple, someone contacted me on LinkedIn and then he proceeds to ask some questions to see if I would be interested and if my skillset match their needs. The second interview as longer around 30 - 40 minutes was like a casual conversation but the manager was an experienced professional trying to access your skill and potential. The last part was a coding test quite big and not very easy, you should prepare well.

3 step colloquio tecnico tramite teams in cui ti chiedono esperienze pregresse e domande (più che altro teoriche) sulla programmazione ad oggetti nel linguaggio di riferimento (nel mio caso Java)

Contattato da HR per stabilire primo colloquio, dopo il primo colloquio mi è stato mandato un test da completare entro 5 giorni a casa. Il test tuttavia non era in linea che con le skill che avevo descritto al primo colloquio.

L'iter di selezione tecnico consiste in una prima parte in cui si affronta una coding challenge: una serie di domande a risposta multipla, un paio di esercizi su query SQL e un paio di esercizi con scrittura di codice in Java.
La seconda parte era un colloquio con domande varie su tecnologie quali Kafka, SQL, Java, Angular
