I applied online for a Product Management role at Aman Holding. The process began with a screening call, followed by an interview with members of the hiring team. Later, I was invited for a final in-person interview with senior management.
Upon arriving, I waited in the reception area, which unfortunately had no air conditioning, making the wait uncomfortable. The interview questions focused on my experience, my decision to work in Egypt instead of abroad, and general product management topics. At times, the tone felt somewhat sarcastic or dismissive, which made the discussion feel less professional.
I also asked about initiatives to improve the work environment and was told there were no internal complaints, with the comment that if any existed, they usually came from outside Cairo.
After this stage, I did not receive any further communication or feedback.
