Interview
Ghosted (probably)
It was a one-time online interview with the panel consisting of one HR and two technical people. The conversations were casual and they provided enough information about the work. Mostly asked about my college life. Also, they asked several situational questions.
After the interview, I was requested to take an online assessment (IQ test and psychological test). Unfortunately, there was no response from them for a while now even though I followed up. So I'm assuming that I was not accepted.
The interview process was notably relaxed and informal, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a conversation between peers rather than a traditional, high-pressure evaluation. It was as if I were speaking to someone on the same level or playing field, which made the interaction comfortable and engaging. This approach fostered an open dialogue, allowing me to express myself freely without the constant need to meticulously monitor every word I said. The casual nature of the discussion made it easier to connect with the interviewer, focus on sharing genuine insights, and discuss the role in a more organic and thoughtful manner.

Interview
There were two people asking questions in the interview. It took about an hour and was generally an average difficulty. There were three people in the panel and two of them were the interviewers.
