I applied through other source. I interviewed at AO Globe Life
Interview
I got a random call about a role, and the AI assistant jumped right in, asking me if I wanted a leadership role. It took me 4 or 5 prompts to get any specific info out of the AI assistant. It was very scripted, and when I tried to ask more follow-up questions, the AI prompt just ran through its script. I hope that someone from AO Globe Life reads this review. This is not a good use of AI technology, and it shows a lack of interest in the interview process. I assume that this lack of interest would also extend to how they treat their employees.

Question 1
Are you looking for a leadership role? over and over and over again...
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AO Globe Life (Statesboro, GA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Was advertised as a "high-paying union" position, was was completely incorrect. Union positions are hourly or salary paid and this is commission only. Started with a Webinar where they eventually tell you it is commission based after a lot of beating around the bush. They also expect you to pay for your own licensing (which you need two). Highly disappointed and very unhappy with how it was advertised vs what it really is.
