I have conducted 5 interview thought my recruitment process as below:
- In the first interview with the TA Partner, I discussed my skillset, previous experiences, reasons for interest in the opportunity, and knowledge about APCO. The TA Partner then briefed me about the position.
- In the second interview with my Direct Manager, we discussed the tasks and responsibilities of the role, as well as the areas I would be working on, which aligned with my previous role functions and tasks.
- In the third interview with the CTO, I introduced myself, and we discussed cultural fit. The CTO explained APCO’s mission, vision, and areas of expertise.
- In the fourth and fifth interviews with the Country Directors, we discussed the challenges they are facing, the solutions I could bring to the table, and their expectations for the role.
