CEO has strong bias on the youth, interviewee might spend a lot of time on listening to his speech and his viewpoint regarding the society and the youth. He has already confirmed that your working experience / age is not suitable for that position , but he claimed that still he would like to have a Ftf interview with you, to see how “GREAT” you are and express his subjective opinions with the candidate.
