Baffled at the unprofessionalism I experienced while waiting to be interviewed by this company. They had me make a mock social media deck for them and everything just for it to not even be utilized whatsoever. Interview kept getting pushed back and pushed back quite literally a day and even hour before. I never got a response back after a third time rescheduling until weeks later from someone not involved in hiring. Would never even consider working here because of that.
There is an initial online interview where they ask you to do a teach-back of certain questions that you have time to prep for. If they like the way you do the teach-back, they schedule an in-person interview to do a more thorough teach-back in person.
