Interview was scheduled by email with a confirmation date and time from me. I arrived for interview (2+ hour drive) and was in reception for 45 minutes. Employer did not put me on her calendar and was unaware of who I was or that I would be arriving. I confirmed she had rec'd the email during interview (but not that she had read it!)
