Very relaxed and friendly. If successful in the Magic Recruitment you are called for a one-on-one interview, which includes a 15/20 minute practical on the shop floor (shelf stacking/tidying). Again, you are immediately put at ease, and, in my case, the interviewer was very friendly and patient.
