Call, followed by an Asda magic assessment. This was easy as it was more skills based instead of questions, hence no prep is needed; just prove you have the skills needed to work there

To look around the store and pick good and bad things
Often 1–2 rounds with hiring manager, regional manager, or senior OnSite/Clinical Specialists.
Behavioral interview questions based on STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Technical or role-specific questions, like:
How you’d troubleshoot OR equipment
Your experience interacting with surgeons or nurses
Handling last-minute OR schedule changes
May include roleplay or scenario questions simulating real OR situations (e.g., a piece of equipment malfunctions during a procedure).
