Easy to go through eith some good hands on work. Taking on the daily role and getting a feel for all the items you are expected to do in your job role.

Interview
Came in and worked there for 10 minutes to see if we would fit in. Then had too do a right to work check all very easy . Very happy with interview process
Applied for job and they phoned me back to go in for a group interview. It was pretty relaxed for the most part, we had to make something from balloons and tape and after that we had a walk around. Heard back a few days later went in for a 1 on 1 also pretty simple and got the job after that. Throughout the process just seem as involved and outgoing as possible and you will be fine, absolutely nothing to nervous about.
