I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASI Health Services in Oct 2015
Interview
The manager had me sit in a room and fill out paperwork, came in, spoke about all the different aspects of the job, told me about the company. Then asked a few typical interview questions, such as what was my previous job? why did I leave my previous employer? etc.

Interview
Fairly customary with the standard sorts of interview questions in a one-on-one format. Was asked about concerns/conflict with travel. Was asked my age, too, which I thought a bit peculiar.
It was all fine, but I waited and waited to hear of a response and never got anything. I guess that is fairly standard protocol for companies not to even bother to notify those who aren't selected, but seems to me this could be done given all the effort the applicant has done to apply, drive an hour each way for an interview, fill out extensive background paperwork, etc. The applicant has considerations at stake, too.

Interview
Interviewed with current ops manager, then qith the owner. The two interviews were 2 weeks apart. During which time there was no communication. It was very suspenseful and they almost lost me to another offer
