It was as if I was just another customer there to complain about my automatic bill pay . I Opened the door then proceeded to nearest available manager on duty. He was very welcoming. I complained about my bill and he gave me the number to the retention department. I told him I was looking for a job . He gave me a post-it with my account number on it. Oddly, he asked only one interview question.
