The interview is only difficult because there are so many (slightly unnecessary) requirements. A lot of prep work. First round with another analyst in the same role (or slightly senior). Typical interview questions (TMAY, why AT&T, why this role, how much do you know about our business) and a case study (calculate how mush AT&T made from phone plans in the US in 2018). Second round was with a director on the corp strategy team. They send you (1) an excel test (you need to answer 5 data analysis questions organizing a huge data set, think Vlookup) and (2) a prompt to make a powerpoint presentation with a business recommendation. During the second round, the director/interviewer asks you about your powerpoint presentation/recommendation. There are also questions about what you think of AT&T's business model. And there is yet *another* case. Received an email that I did not get to the third round (which would have been another convo with another senior on the corp strategy team)
