Interview
The first part of the interview was with an HR woman that was very unfriendly and seemed to be having a bad day. For the second part of the interview I had to prepare a case and then I spent 1.5 hours in a discussion with a person, where he asked all sorts of unclear questions to which he expected very particular answers, even if there are 10 ways to do the things he's asking. It was too long and too vague. On top of that there was a hidden expectation of traveling and their process involves one more interview, exactly like the 2nd one but with a yet another person.

Interview
Applied through the company site for a backend position. I received an email with a frontend task to complete, before having any call.
I asked via mail some general questions to get an overview of the company/position before proceeding with the task. I got the response that was not the way they wanted to proceed with the interview, and since I replied too late for them (2 days) I got rejected because "I was not motivated enough".

Interview
I was contacted by a lady from the HR-department. She asked the regular questions but seemed like she had a really bad day as she seeemed to be quite irritated when talking. I never found out why, I did not get the job but one would expect to be met with respect.
