Just wait in the employee room, and later the manager will come and ask some questions. It won't take long. It's only about 15 minutes and you good to go.
I was recruited for this position. Interviewed by the SVP and then met with the GM another time. 1st part was formal (still casual) - 2nd was informal and more of a meet and greet.
