Interview
They call you and they make the interview with the HR by phone. Then they you have the interview with the manager and if you are selected, they call you to make you the offer and then they send an email with the details
Bien adapté à la tâche et à leur interlocuteur. Empathique, intéressant, permet de se faire un avis sur le poste. Tout ce qu'on attend 'une entreprise aussi importante que AXA
Enregistrer des vidéos en répondant à des questions.
+/- 30 secondes pour réfléchir et puis 1 à 2 minutes pour répondre.
Ne peut pas mettre pause pendant l'interview.
Questions très faciles.

très abordable avec des recruteurs souriants j'ai pu passer mon entretien dans une ambiance chaleureuse des questions techniques étaient pausé hard skills et soft skills, j'ai passé qu'un seul entretien
