        I worked at AXA

        Pros

I thought it was a good brand but now I’m not sure.

        Cons

I was invited to a phone interview very last minute, which I attended. I was then asked to attend a face to face in London at short notice and at my own considerable expense due to it being last minute. It was difficult to organise this last minute around work and childcare but I juggled things do I could attend. Over four weeks later and after chasing, I’ve never heard anything back. This is not acceptable.

        Advice to Management

Give feedback to candidates who have gone out of their way to attend interviews. Your time is not more important than theirs.
