AZOVA interview questions

I had an interview with a "recruiter" for a 1099 position with Azova. The individual seemed to be calling from another country and was reading from a script. The recruiter wasn't really able to answer any questions about the job like how many referrals would someone licensed in my state receive.

The interview process was very quick and simple. The interview was done over the phone. The interviewer was very pleasant and informative. I felt comfortable making a decision after the interview was complete.
