first phone call, then a panel interview was there. Told me they will reach in a week or two but they ghosted me eventually. Also, HR was pretty slow in responding

About project. they just want same skillset as they required for job. they are strict about hard skills as compared to soft skills
The interviewers were very nice and they asked only two general questions. They talked a lot about the program and the position and generally about the initiative of studying NTDs.

1 hour interview with three managers, very general questions, including introduction of yourselves and why you choose the company and what is your research experience. I waited for 4 months to hear back from them.
