The interview:
A one-to-one interview with assessors focusing on motivation, experience, and key values such as compassion, reliability, and safeguarding awareness.
Questions often cover handling difficult situations, teamwork, communication with residents and families, and understanding of care home duties.
Candidates have opportunity to ask about the care home's approach and culture.
