The interviewing process was very easy but it took months after the initial application to hear back if you made it to the online interview. There was only a Hireview that asked you basic questions.

Very simple behavioral hireveu. Only took 20 minutes and was very straight forward. I would prepare answers for basic questions like tell me about yourself, why A&F, and strengths/weaknesses. Definitely look into the brand and make sure to show excitement and interest!

Interview
Very simple online video interview, I was asked to introduce myself, why A&F (specifically my motivations behind applying for the Sophomore Summit), and a quick question so they can get to know me better. I had a great experience with it and was able to finish it within 20 minutes. You don't have to prepare much if you have previous experience with virtual interviews.
