I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Apr 2009
Interview
I was approached at the mall and was asked if I was interested working at Abercrombie. I said "Yes," and filled out an application and had an interview the following Tuesday. It was a group interview and consisted of questions such as what diversity meant to me. A week later, I got a call back and got the job! If you want to get the job, dress like you already work there and be outgoing! :D

Question 1
How can you make a difference at Abercrombie? Why should I hire you?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
