I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Houston, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
I went in and applied in store (back in the day, you had to go in and apply on the little computers they had installed in the store wall). It was a regular application. I chose my interview time, and they called to confirm the date and time the day before. My interview was with me and another candidate, and two managers. They were both very laid back and nice. A few days later, I got a call from the management team and was offered the position.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
