Interview
The District Manager obtained my information from the area recruiter, who in turn obtained my information from Monster.com. My first interview was with the Store Manager and it was held on a bench in the mall, just outside of the store. The second interview with the District Manager was held just outside the food court. Both of them were easy to talk to, the questions were not difficult to answer, and it felt more like a basic conversation than an interview.

Interview
1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website.
2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that.
3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them.
4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win.
5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
Three rounds of interview. For the first two rounds, met with the store manager and asked some behavioral questions. For the final round, met the DM and dig deeper of your resume.
The interview processes consisted of 3 rounds. First interview: You had to record your answer to some video questions Second interview: Online interview with HR Third interview: Online/In-person interview with Store Manager
