I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was approached in store by a Manager in Training whilst shopping, insisting that I should apply online for a Model/Brand Rep position and invited me to interview the following Friday at 14:00(GMT). I applied online later that day and attended an interview in their store that Friday. I walked in store and said I was here for an interview in which a Model on the floor walked me around to the office to attend the interview. I was met by another guy who was there to interview and we walked in and waited in the room. The interviewers were 10 minutes late but were very nice, friendly and welcoming. The interview was really chilled and we were asked 4 different questions in a group format (even though there was only 2 of us). I worked in Hollister in Bristol before so I knew sort of what to expect. Really chilled and interview and fun! I received a call exactly 5 days later to offer me the position and invite me in for a orientation. Super excited!

What do you notice about our stores?
Talk me through a time in which you had a demanding experience with a customer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process was one on one with a manager. The interview was chill and easy, mostly because the person who interviewed me was very nice and friendly. Thus, I could talk more freely and show my personality. I got a call about a week later getting the job!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
There are group interviews for cast members with store management and one-on-one interviews for management positions with the district manager. The process is just using regular retail questions, i.e. about your customer service, how you would problem solve, and sometimes they ask about your hobbies.
