Have two rounds of interviews for a part-time job: focuses a lot on passion and commitment. Overall, quite an extensive process for a part time job since it took 2 weeks in total for the whole process.
Worker was very nice, but did not seem to really care. Also, after asking me to come in 30 minutes earlier for my interview, she arrived 15 minutes late. Did not really want to get to know me
