Well...I was interviewed twice. Once for when I was a model, and once for the lead stock position. I never went inside a Hollister in my life, since I had a bad experience going into the adult store (A&F) in Richmond, VA. I went in the store and couldn't stand the loud music and the strong smell but my friend convinced me to apply and the store manager said they have flexible hours. I applied for the impact position and I got the job. However, I didn't get any hours for two weeks. Which is usual for new hires but we were having a two week floor set and the Visual and Store manager gave hours to the new impacters the next day except me. When I asked why, my store manager did not answer my calls and he didn't even want to talk to me when I tried to confront him. My people manager finally said they'll give me hours only if I switch to model (since I was POC) Either that, or I had to quit. The interview was common sense, it was a group interview, I was the only one not wearing Hollister (I wore an Aeropostale dress shirt and southpole jeans) everyone else had retail experience (even with other brands) I was the only one that didn't know anything about the company. If you have a flexible schedule and you come into work, they'll consider you as a new hire. The lead stock interview was a little more in detail. It was one one with with the store manager and then a final consideration with the management team and an approval from the DM.
