I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Done virtually with a set of questions that you have to record yourself answering to. You have about 1-3 min depending on the question and you only get 1 do over I believe for every question. The interview was pretty straightforward with nothing too difficult. They mainly asked simple retail-related questions about customer service, teamwork, and handling sales situations. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

Question 1
What’s a current style trend that you love and why?
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.

Question 1
What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.

Interview
Pre-recorded interview but you only get 30 seconds to prepare each question. Fairly easy, but only get one chance to film it. Not a face to face interview though. Good luck!
