The interview process was pretty good. I met with two employees over a video call (not in person). Got asked questions from my resume as well as some situational / behavioural questions.

Interview
The application process feels unnecessarily extensive, with very detailed forms that require a significant time investment. Despite submitting a strong resume and completing the application multiple times, I did not receive any response or feedback.
It gives the impression that the company may be collecting applicant data rather than actively engaging with candidates. Improved communication and transparency in the hiring process would greatly enhance the candidate experience.
It went well and was a smooth process. Got called for the interview a day after i applied. The first stage of the interview was an HR Screening. Just to find if you are the right match for the role
