This isn’t the standard we aim for, especially when someone has taken the time to prepare and engage with us. Being left waiting without communication is frustrating, and I completely understand why that would leave a negative impression.
We’re looking into what happened here and making sure we tighten up how we manage scheduling and follow-ups so this doesn’t happen again.
