Technical position HR Phone screening => JM Skill Phone Screening => SM Experience 1:1 Screening => Remote Behavioral Phone Screening => MD 1:1 High Level Screening Took forever to complete and to get prepared. Got sick during the process due to overwhelming late night preparations. HR has been excellent throughout the process in terms of coordination and help to get prepared properly ahead of the interview. All levels of interviewers are very professional, frank and friendly, there are lots of respect towards the individual. And HR is also extremely accommodating on fast track the final process due to competing offers tight deadlines for decision making. Overall very impressive process except for the extended timeline which out-raced the processes for all other 3 positions which I interviewed at the same time, making the decision making very difficult.
