I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai)
Interview
Step 1: Online aptitude test which measures your Analytical, Logical and Quantitative skills.
Step 2: Interview where they ask a mix of technical and HR questions.
Overall, the aptitude test was simple to crack. Interview was also easy but you need to go through the basics of your branch. For CS/IT they might ask OOPS concepts and DBMS queries. For people of Electronics background, they might ask question on power electronics. People from Mechanical branch, one question they ask surely is that why do you want to join an IT company since you are from a Mech background. One of the answers to this maybe that Mechanical people have strong analytical skills.

Tell me what do you know about Accenture.
What are your hobbies?
Are you familiar with data manipulation language?

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
