I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sept 2011
Interview
Well first of all credit goes to our college RSET for attracting such wide groups of companies to our college.Accenture came as third in our 1st day category companies. They had a brief presentation about their company.Though it was done by a chick was not appealing compared to other companies presentation.Cts out shined in presentation part. Then we had to go for an aptitude test which was really easy.Selected candidates from the test were interviewed by technical panel.and lucky ones from there had to face one last HR interview. My Hr interview was at 10pm.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
