Interview
I was hired through AMCAT. First I gave online exam, and based on score I got the call letter for f to f interview.
The interview level was moderate. Actually it depends solely on the interviewer.
I told him that I prepared networking topics and core java. So he asked questions from those two topics. I was able to answer all the questions.
After that I appeared for the HR round, the discussions was all about how comfortable I will be in doing shifts. What do I know about Accenture and why Accenture!
The rounds lasted for almost 10-15 mins each.
There were almost 80 people out of 200 who got selected that day, 16th July 2016 in Kolkata.
I was one of them. However they delayed the joining. I got the offer letter in Dec 2016, and joined on 11th Jan 2017.
Online interview, Introduction talk. 3 individual interviews with competency and technical and skill based questions. Breaks in between interviews. Smart dress code requested for the interview. The whole process lasts about 3 hours

The process is fast than what I expected.
Offer is also okay for a first timer or with no experience. Questions are okay but redundant. All questions are about information technology related.

The whole application process was long. Initial questionnaire/survey asks what role you are applying for. The basic stuff. Next is the online exam, hr interview, technical exam. The process took two months.
