I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The overall interview process is good.
They would call you for the interview take some rounds according to your performance and then won't give you any offer.
I got the confirmation of selection in all the rounds.
I think they just collect employees in their pipeline without any requirement whatsoever.
There must be some HR record benchmark or count which they would have to match.
They waste our time doing this.
Accenture is a very nice company. But this culture has hampered their reputation very badly.
My friends have the same experience. Now when we get a call from Accenture we don't even take it seriously.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
