I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture, Bangalore in March 2020. It was Saturday and being a weekend, almost all of the employees were on leave.
Initially waiting for about 2 hours, I was called for the 1st Round which is totally a Technical Round. This was done over skype, despite of being called on company's premise.
I had an experience working as a product support but still I manage to clear the technical round as the questions are very easy. One can easily pass this Round if you know basics of hardware, software and some networking knowledge.
Small tips - make the conversation friendly with the interviewer by asking questions like "How's the company help you to grow in this domain", "How's your journey so far and how you manage the work" and "Can you help me to understand, the day to day operations".
Asking these questions will make your interviewer think that you are really looking forward to join the organization but also it will help you to understand the company better.
After I cleared this Round, the next round is "Voice and Accent".
Typically this has to be conducted in a system, which most of the companies does but for some reason again this was conducted over a normal telephonic call.
This was a terrible experience as because, the lady on the other side seems to be on the market (As it sound like over the call) and this was not a good sign.
The conversation was hardly about 2 minutes where she asked me to speak about any topic of my choice apart from my academics and work experience.
After every 7-8 seconds she asked me to hold and then continues (because of noise), about a minute later she asked me to handover the call to the interviewer.
"I SALUTE TO THIS LADY AND HER FINE SENSE OF JUDGEMENT"
Immediately, i realised that I am not going to be selected, for obvious reasons.
I was informed by the recruiter that i had not cleared my "Voice and Accent" Round and hence, I can leave.
Altogether, it was a terrible mistake to visit for this interview and wasting both time and money.
