I applied through university. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune)
Interview
Hired fresh out of college, the process is pretty standard - Written Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The panel is mostly fair, looking for eagerness to be a part of Multinational Firm and a stability in terms of long term work plans. Knowledge of basic programming languages such as C/C#, Java are a bonus, however at the end one must have clear and strong logic along with problem solving aptitude.

Question 1
There are no difficult questions, just be upfront on your skills and be eager to learn/explore new technologies. If you're aiming to get into Development Profile, make sure you have good analytical Skills and Implementation Logic. If it is a Testing Profile, a basic understanding of languages along with a sharp eye for details will come in handy. This will go a long way in terms of both this or any other job you are trying to have - there is nothing that can't be learned.
