This was an interview for an internship, so it was probably more informal. I had 2 rounds of interviews. The first with a current consultant, and the second with a manager in the department. The first screening interview was one to one, while the second interview included another consultant whom I was to work with. I cleared the interview, but had to wait for a month before they found a project for me to join.
