Interview
Started off with 2 phone interviews, before conducing face to face interviews with 3 members of Accenture. Everything you expect from an interview same generic questions and even more generic problems they ask you to solve.

They asked random accounting vocabulary words and asked you to define them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was an Online interview and was also my first interview as CMA. Where I got bit nervous and couldn't perform well. And also after interview, HR was busy it seems I didn't got any mail or message regarding my interview status for 30 days. Even HR was not picking the call. One day, HR picked up the call and said I was not selected.

It was an online process. The interview process went on for like 30 minutes in the technical round and 15 minutes in the HR round
