The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2008
Interview
Hiring and interview process took much, much longer than I had expected, about 3 months. On the plus side I was currently holding another job. I am not sure if this is normal, as it appears they started interviewing me for a different position mid-way through the interview screening. Multiple phone interviews with mostly generic interview questions (with an exception for "tell me about a time you restructured an organization" - this was an analyst position so obviously this did not apply to me, why ask?), followed by a final office visit with 3 1-on-1 interviews. This was finalized after a week of salary negotiations.

Very good. 2 rounds for final day. Case study for round 1, and individual interview for round 2. very smooth application process. They give results in around a months time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2021
Interview
It started with an online questionnaire, then a multiple choice test about coding, a 48H coding assignment. If you passed the assessments, you receive one 1-hour interview. If you do well in that interview, you move forward with two 1-hour interviews that were situational and technical based.
