I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture in Sept 2015
Interview
I went through the on-campus recruiting process through my university. The first round was entirely behavioral - walk me through your resume; tell me more about X job; what skills do you see carrying over from X job; tell me about a time you worked with a team... for 45 minutes. The first round also requires you to take an online personality test within 24 hours of your interview. The test is ~150 questions and makes you choose which of two statements best describes you ex: "I am a natural born leader" and "I'm well organized".
I did not receive a second round interview, I think in part because I did not attend any of the recruiting events, coffee chats, information sessions, or the career fair.

Question 1
What makes Accenture different? If we hire you, what do you understand your role at Accenture to be?
there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
