I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in May 2024
Interview
I applied online, after the assessment I never heard from them at all, so I decided to go to their recruitment hub. Then they re-profiled me to an account that I don't want because they told me that the post I wanted wasn't available anymore. Moved to another recruitment branch to verify this information, and there they told me that it IS available. Now I couldn't apply to the job I wanted because they gave me conflicting information. So they literally wasted 1 month of my life.
The entire interview process was exceptionally smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The recruiters were highly professional, providing clear timelines and prompt feedback after each round, which made the overall experience completely seamless and stress-free.

Interview
Two steps interview, in the first one the only ask about yourself and what do you expect from the job. They ask you the availability to work in shifts, during holidays ecc.
