The interview is done online. I find it efficient as the teams meeting are scheduled and interviewers show up on time. Applicants do not need to wait for long hours to get interviewed.
The recruiter will review your resume if it's a good fit for the role then the hiring process will be as follow:
1. Phone interview by the recruiter
2. Facetime with hiring manager and then will give you feedback if you will move on to the final interview
3. Final interview
